Clients and extensions you create exist on a shared infrastructure, meaning you share the same server(s) as other resellers. Each reseller's clients are logically separate and each client has access to their own web-based control panel, where they can create extensions, IVR's, queues and more. Shared resellers receive discounted call rates and can own an unlimited number of clients, each with their own unlimited number of extensions (depending on your selected add-ons).
